Moods & Nic Hanson’s fusion of rap, disco and RnB gets the nod in the form of “Music Never looked So Good”. As infectious as the first weeks of Covid, it’s a must if you want to put your brain to one side and let your feet do something useful.

“Fairfax” from Tash has that early 2000’s beat made popular by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. It’s a testimony to the listeners that this is getting the likes.

Hidden Spheres featuring Joy Spheres Rees “Trust The Feeling” is a moody soulful hybrid of dance and rnb. Flavors of Incognito meets Innocence is enough to make this hauntingly beautiful groove make the club stop and take notice.

There’s nothing subtle about “The Light” from Soultizer. It’s just jazz-funk fusion at it’s very best. Dance. That’s your only option.

When I saw a track called “Thinkin’ ’bout Your Love”, I honestly thought someone had grown big enough balls to try and cover Skipworth & Turners classic 40 years down the road. But this isn’t THAT song. This is a lot more broken when it comes to the beats, but is beautifully produced. Not sure what it is, but i find myself just loving this track.
